Almost There!

I am a few weeks past the "late April" tentative deadline that the publisher set for me to finish my illustrations.  They have been extremely gracious in their support while I have worked feverishly to finish all the drawings.  This could potentially move back the publication of my book a trifle, but it can't be helped!  I have been working late into the night every night for months (after coming home from work) attempting to complete the illustrations.  I am almost there!  It is very exciting!

Also, for those of you visiting my web site after reading in the school district's newsletter about my book being published, there will be an author's night sometime after school begins again in the fall at Laura Sprague school.  Be watching for the date!
