The "Government-Shutdown" Effect

I connected with my publisher yesterday and he is still waiting for my Library of Congress number for the copyright page of my book.  It is hard to believe that a government shutdown could hinder the publication of a book, but it does as I have now learned!  Hopefully the 100,000 titles that were affected by the shutdown will be processed quickly and my book will be in print and available by the holidays.  We can hope and pray, can't we?!!
